Shipping and Handling policy

 

Orders placed are processed on Sundays and Mondays, meaning they are picked and packed then taken to the post office on Monday to be shipped off. 

If you have messaged me regarding a pick up order you will need to attend the Mad Catz Tattoo Studio to collect and pay for it, these orders have a different time line and these orders can be prepared within 48hrs. These orders can be collected between 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday. 

Once I have posted your items I have no control on how long they take to ship to you. You will be provided with a tracking number. I am not responsible for damage, incorrect delivery address (If you have input the wrong address contact me immediately) loss or theft of the parcel.
